I had a terrible experience here. The management at this location is severely lacking. Half of the year I couldn’t get into the facility because they never updated my code. I moved in at $89 or so dollars and by the end of the year the monthly price had gone to $250! Every three months they change the price of the unit. They moved me into the wrong unit initially (a more expensive unit) and then wanted me to pay the higher fee or move my items again. I fought to not have to move the items to a second location and they agreed (because it was their error) to let me rent the larger space for the smaller space’s price. But after a few month they bumped me to the higher price and then every few months after that they increased the cost so the end cost was going to be $250/mo. I would stay away from this facility.

The process online was super easy but ran into a hiccup when trying to complete everything. I went to the store and Irene was super helpful and got everything set up for us. She was very nice and easy to talk to.
