I just started renting a space for my overflow of items. I had a couple issues that I needed help with. Lori the manager was sooo helpful. She is an asset to the company and deserves a star on customer service. Very clean property, highly recommend.

5 Stars for Public Storage in Elgin!
I have stored my things here for a long time with no issues. Very friendly and always clean no matter what. Security is the best. Everyone is kind and the staff is very nice. Lori! is wonderful person to work with. If I had a question or a problem she would always help me out. Public Storage in Elgin does stand to its standards. 100% recommend storing your things here.

I stopped by this facility at 1300 E. Chicago St. Elgin IL, and found it to be a very well-maintained and clean property. I worked with Lori, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative, and just the nicest person! I would definitely recommend this facility!
