Really disappointed of this place, They charge me $640 for filling my taxes when I claim my 2kids as a dependent, at first they said they were going to charge me 236 for filling and it was going to be deducted from my federal refund plus a 53 Refund process, after talking to the manager she said the bank and irs raised their prices and the inflation as well, I try to talk to them but kept saying that every else raise their prices but cmon $640 missing no way… Please be aware of this place ask before doing your tax here, always check on line 35a on your 1040 your refund status..definitely putting a report on IRS better business Bureau…
When I call them and ask they said they charge me $436
Letter she printed a $595 receipt
But total they took $640 from my federal refund!!!!!!!!!!

I did my taxes on February 16th and it is now March 25th and I still haven't got my refund and I had to pay $200 to have them done. And every time I go in there or call them they have no answers why it's taking so long. I was told 21 days at the longest.
