Very pleased with RCT's service over the past few years. I rented one of the ~10' x 20' garage spaces, and kept a variety of home items, a vehicle, and a small trailer in it. There was never a roof leak, nor any rodent problems. It was difficult to keep a light bulb working in the unit, so I always kept a flashlight ready. I occasionally met a "neighbor" who were always friendly and usually had a really neat car in their unit that they loved to talk about. I'm leaving Elgin for another city, or I would have kept my contract going.
