“I needed to move a one-bedroom apartment worth of belongings from Baton Rouge, LA to Rockford, IL. I wasn't able to utilize PODS moving down there because of the requirements necessary to drop off a container, so I went with a moving & relocation company. This turned out to be a huge mistake and added so much stress and headache to the entire process. For a slightly cheaper price overall, PODS was outstanding every step of the way: complicated drop off instructions (on my part) NO problem, timely pick-up, accurate and punctual drop off at the delivery location in Rockford (delivery driver Rex was really good), and final pick-up of the empty container was so stress free and well-communicated over the entire process. I will go out of my way to utilize PODS for any moving/hauling needs in the future. When I know what poor service looks like, I can truly appreciate such a stellar company when I see it.”
