Signed up today and the employees were absolutely the best. They took the time to show me all the units I was looking for and answered every question I had. Their unit prices are the best around. Would highly recommend them!!

What can I Say, for a Storage Facility, I wasn't expecting such friendly, easy to understand, and in a Weird Way made you feel Comfortable with Leaving you Stuff in a Storage Unit at this site. Almost like you have a " friend" holding onto your stuff. Ashley mainly did but (,Melissa too )were the employees who helped me. Like I said, " They made it Soo easy to understand all of it, from the bill to the conditions and let me know everything important to know. Ashley offered us some Cold Bottled Water, which was a pleasant surprise( it's like 90 degrees outside today). And then took us in the Golf Car, so we wouldn't have to walk and brought us to the unit and showed us how to do the door, the lock, and the code. So all in all, if you want or Need a Storage Unit, come here to this company and location, they treat you like a friend, unlike the other places that treat you with corporate hands. I feel Very good about my Decision..the price was very respectable and I feel Confident my Stuff is safe., and Smart Storage has Ashley and Melissa to Honor for this..ty

We rented our unit at Smart Stop in Elgin, Il for about 2 or 3 years. We had excellent service. The manager was always helpful with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this storage facility. It helped us when we had to "make room" and kept our belongings safe
