Shit didn't ID me at all for the last fucking five months and then I come in with a military uniform and they start ID and this place is a fucking sham plus they charge you ridiculous prices on all of their Vape and smoke products. They don't have a single price tag on the items they just tell you what they want you to pay, which is fucking stupid they can change the price on you any day to basically whatever they want not really very professional of them

I really love this place, and the most of the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. Unfortunately one of the woman there has ruined my smoke shop trips… she is the white woman with short dark brown hair btw. When I first started going in she was the only worker I’d seen so far and she was literally the most helpful , friendly person I’ve ever met, and I when I started thinking something was up I felt bad for being so jaded… up until last month… I went to buy some vape carts and before I could even ask she offered 2 carts for $30 (19.99 each ) I was thrilled ! So thrilled in fact I didn’t realize that I had missed the red flags… such as why my FRESHLY ACTIVATED CREDIT CARD wasn’t being read by the machine, so of course she would have to TURN AROUND WITH HER BACK TO THE REGISTER, (with my card in hand) when asked she explains was entering it into the computer manually. (Even though the computer keyboard and register were behind her) and to end the suspense, yes I did, in fact, receive unauthorized charges, from an online woman’s clothing store. Luckily, I have fraud protection but that’s not the point. This individual is a fraud and a thief and when I confronted her by asking if she was enjoying her Zulily clothes, she became beet red and denied it, and even attempted to clap back with informing me I would not be getting discounts anymore.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.Called to ask for a product and got a very rude response. I was told to “stop daydreaming and buy whatever is on the market..” also was told to “come buy sheets we’ll make the cones for you” both were said very sarcastically. I don’t appreciate it the sarcasm.I will take my business elsewhere, where excellent customer service is priority. Perhaps some place that actually knows how to answer a simple question without the added unnecessary sarcasm.
