It is an excellent venue for events, including birthday parties, and is recognized for its great environment. Although parking can be challenging during big events, there are multiple lots available. great space for working out there. plenty of exercise equipment and the staff is super nice. swimming pool. sauna. walking path. the dressing rooms are super clean. they take pride in the whole place. the staff is super nice as well.

Love this gym! Everybody here's great. It can get a little busy during the first few months of the year, and around the 4-6PM mark, but it's generally easy to get machines otherwise. It also has a sauna and whirpool! Good vibes all around.
