We absolutely love The Learning Experience! Our 7-month-old son has been going here for a little while now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he’s receiving. From day one, the teachers and staff made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. They’re kind, attentive, and genuinely love what they do — you can see it in how they interact with the kids every day. Highly recommend!

My son called it his 2nd home for 2+ years with some gr8 teachers, amongst other things he has been taught how to be empathetic and helpful thanks to his fantastic teachers Ms Bianca Ms lulu , Mr Brendan, Ms Tamera , ms Lizet (just to name a few)and others.

I can't say enough good things about The Learning Experience in Elgin! My son goes there, and from the very first day, the care and attention he's received have been incredible. The teachers are truly exceptional — they’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, patient, and friendly. You can tell they really love what they do.

Absolutely love TLE! All staff are really awesome with my children! The director and asst director are very respectful and helpful! My kids teachers are patient, kind and loving. I love that they communicate with me daily my children's progress.

Had my kids enrolled here great staff and administrators. They had great academic prep for my kindergartners and they always looked forward to their day at the learning experience.

I am so glad I found this place!! I am so grateful for the staff. The teachers take their time with the students and you can tell how much they care about each individual child - my son is so excited to go to school everyday and that is all you can ask for. Very excited to continue my sons education here.

Amazing! I had my daughter at the learning experience from twaddler through preschool 1 and it was wonderful! Ms.Melissa, Ms. Tamara. Ms. Alaine, and Ms. D are exceptionally talented at working with kids. I will be eternally grateful to them. I was able to go to work with the peace of mind that my child would be okay. She learned so much and also learned to be polite and kind. Ms. Breanne was always open to feedback and communication. Thank you all for all you did for my little girl. My daughter is extremely shy but they were always so mindful of that and let her get adjusted at her own pace. She was always excited to go to school. This place fosters a caring environment and helps build the child’s self esteem. My daughter learned skills to build friendships and independence. I highly recommend this daycare.

My twins were enrolled from February 2024 until June 2024. They are 14 months
now but started at 9 or 10 months old.
My daughter’s nail got smashed in the door and her entire nail came off. They stated that they were pushing the kids in the cribs to go outside and the crib rolled into the hallway but my daughters hand got caught in the door because she was standing in the crib. The doctor found it strange how only one of her fingers were badly affected and not any of the others. Not even a bruise on the others. Also, the reviews posted within the last month or two aren’t legit reviews. If you gave a good review, it put you in a raffle to win a week free tuition.
While my twins were attending the daycare, I did enjoy Karen who worked in the infant b room who is no longer there and Jocelyn the assistant director!

I am so happy to a part of the TLE family! The staff is simply amazing and so knowledgeable about the latest and greatest teaching techniques. The directors, BriAnne and Jocelyne are so caring and happy all the time. They take the time to get to know our family and truly care about my daughter. The school is so bright and cheerful. I love the home like feeling you get when you walk through the doors.
My daughter absolutely LOVES going to school everyday! She is excited to tell us about the different activities she is doing and what she learned during circle time!

We love TLE Elgin! All of the staff are super friendly- seriously, everyone always has a smile on their face and you can tell everyone really cares about the kids. All the staff, even teachers from other classrooms know my son and greet him warmly. The Director and Assistant Director are ALWAYS present, which is huge for us. It is clear they are providing the leadership the team needs to be successful. Our kiddo has been attending for a little over a year and as he moved from the prepper class to the preschool class, we've continued to have strong connections with his teachers, all have been and continue to be supportive of him and his growth, providing the care and stimulation he needs. The curriculum is provided from corporate, which is important to us because it provides the teachers the framework that's needed. And there seems to be enough flexibility that they can still work in special events and projects so it doesn't seem too "prescribed". There's clearly expectations set for following the curriculum and structure to the day and they follow through, which is important to us. Very satisfied with the education he's receiving.

TLE Elgin is a wonderful, caring, nurturing environment and my kids love going here! The teachers, administrative staff, and the cook are all wonderful people who have the kids best interest at heart. These people are helping raise my kids and I appreciate them so much! The facilities are constantly getting upgrades and are kept very clean.
One of the things that stands out at TLE compared to another daycare we were at before is the character enhanced curriculum. Each TLE character represents a different piece of learning (math, science, charity) and he characters help make learning fun for the kids! The workbooks and little YouTube shows also incorporate the characters!
Each quarter the kids get a new enrichment activity and at the end of the quarter, the kids get to take home whatever that activity was. They have come home with little instruments, yoga mat, engineer toys, and more which is built into the cost, no extra fees for these special activities.
There are special after normal hours events like trunk or treat, muffins with mom, game nights, mystery readers, donuts with dad, and more which is really nice and allows the parents to interact with each other as well!
I highly recommend TLE Elgin! Thank you for all you do :)

I couldn't possibly be happier with TLE. It's far more than just a daycare. The teachers genuinely care for your kids, and it's been super emotional every time one of my kids moves up because of how much they connect with them. We get tons of photos each day of their crafts, their playtime, their workbooks, and updates on all the meals, diaper changes, naps, etc. The curriculum is very educational and gets them learning in a way they understand at a young age, which I know will be a solid foundation for success in their lives. I can't recommend it enough.

My firstborn was at TLE Elgin before we moved to Lemont (and now have kids at TLE Lemont :-)). I cannot say enough good things about this school. I was quite apprehensive about putting my Toddler in a daycare, but the directors and staff members put my fears at ease from the moment I walked in. They got her on a schedule and taught her to eat independently. She took a long time to potty-train and they showed extreme patience while they worked with us on the challenge. We have recommended this school to several other people and will continue to do so!
