“I brought my car in because of a noise it has been making, and little did I know my wheels were basically worn out and not good to be driving around..After giving me an estimate, Javier encouraged me to do my own research, which I really appreciated. I came back for the service a few minutes later, and I’m so grateful for Javier..he took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my car. I’ve never experienced someone in this industry so patient and determined to make sure I had all the information I needed. Also the team that was with him during my car service are amazing. Very attentive and hard working. I totally recommend this place!”

“Fast and easy service. Went in with one car issue and decided to ask for an inspection just to see what else the car would need. I got a detailed list with some pictures and details of recommended maintenance my car needs (2015 honda Accord).”

“Great customer service, greeted always with a friendly voice and smiles. Spot on with diagnosis of issues and never a huge laundry list of things wrong with vehicles, unlike going to car dealers and everything under the sun is wrong. Not at Kellenbergers that is for sure. Great workmanship....”

“This week my son's tire blew, so we pulled into a parking lot. Juan from Pomp's tire service happened to have been in the same parking lot servicing a truck. Before he left for his next job, he came over to help us offered us a better jack than the one we had helped to put the bolts back on the tire and sent us off on our way. I am so appreciative of what he did because the day had been very stressful. My son and I were actually returning from Sherman hospital because my husband had been taking there by ambulance and was going to remain an inpatient. Juan was friendly, polite, and efficient. It isn't often nowadays that a stranger will stop to help strangers. Thank you, Juan! We will definitely recommend Pomp's!!”

“Honestly, one of the best tire shops I’ve ever been to. I initially went in just looking for a single used tire to hold me over until I could get a full set. While I was there, I mentioned the specific tires I wanted, and it just so happened they had a better tire and a set of four in stock with phenomenal tread. I bought them on the spot! The staff was incredibly professional, personable, and provided A+ customer service with absolutely zero upselling. The service was fast, and they’ve definitely gained a lifetime customer. 100% recommend to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a great shop.”

“I had a screw in my tire leaving me with a flat overnight. My mom recommended this place and I am glad she did. They were honest, reliable, and efficient. You can tell it’s a family place and that family is important. It reminded me of my family. There was a grandfather and granddaughter in the front office sharing stories while the gentleman went to work on my car. I would recommend this place and will look into additional services.”
