They have one of the cleanest and most well kept facilities in the Elgin area. I got a 10 x 10 unit and it fits so much stuff! I couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend working with these guys.

Search around, quite a bit, and this was the cleanest facility that I could find. Had a house full of stuff stored over a year and it could not have worked out better.

I was looking for a nice unit and found close to the area. Did everything online but you do have to fill some paperwork in person (which takes less than 5 minutes) , however the owner Scott was absolutely fantastic. Very thorough, straight to the point, informative and helpful. He showed me the way around. I’m happy to have found something so fast and convenient. There are small carts for you to place your items to transport to your storage unit. I was also very impressed with how many cameras there are everything feels very safe and well kept.

I can’t say enough good things about Titan Storage. The facility is super clean, well kept, and has a modern feel that makes you feel good about leaving your stuff there. When I was in a pinch and needed a unit fast, everywhere else was either full or wouldn’t work with us—Titan came through when no one else could. The owner, Scott, is a great guy and incredibly easy to work with—he solved all our problems painlessly. On top of that, the rates are some of the best around. Highly recommend!

One of the best Storage units/marts I have dealt with! Scott and Sean are really great guys and down to earth, and work with their clients as long as the client works with them, and they are very communicative! And unlike other BIG name storage places they're no consistent surprise fees for cleaning. You all are awesome at Titan Storage and thank you so much for all your help and assistance on my unit/s

Best Storage Facility i have ever used. They offer a variety of sizes to fit any need, including bay doors for larger vehicles/equipment. Prices are the best around and the management there is fantastic, everyone there is super nice and always go above and beyond.

I switched over from another storage unit to Titan storage and I couldn’t be happier! The rates are decent, the security is great, and I love that they have climate controlled units. The best part though is the manager Scott. He has been fantastic to work with from day one and I really appreciate how dedicated he is to the facility and their renters. I really appreciate everything Titan storage has done and I plan to be a renter for a long time.
