I dropped off 2 dresses here with a ticket saying to pick it up Wednesday after 3pm. The place is closed and will remain closed for the holiday. I needed these dresses for a wedding on Saturday. Very disappointed.

I was impressed by both the professionalism and efficiency of this cleaners. I was met by Ann with her positive attitude. She carefully measured my alterations and collected items for cleaning. Very shady pricing going on at this cleaners. I brought 2 dresses and 1 dress shirt in and was charged $13 for one dress, $21.95 for the second dress (which had a lot of lace and was much fancier than the first so it made sense), and $1.99 for the dress shirt. Two weeks later my boyfriend brought in the same dress shirt, and one of my dresses which she originally priced at $13 when I brought it in. He came home and said "wow that place is expensive!". I looked at the ticket and saw the same dress was now priced at $34.95 and his dress shirt $4.95. I spoke with the woman when I picked up our clothes and she was extremely defensive and tried to pull every excuse out of the book why the prices were higher. She even mentioned how other clients have complained of the same thing (that she just types in whatever price she feels like-- her words, not mine) and tried to tell me to trust her and that she wouldn't rip me off. Will not be returning to this business because they definitely try to take advantage of their customers and get caught in the act.

Super pleased! Took standard items in. Serviced by Ann, I believe she is the owner. She inspected each one, welcomed me as a new customer, met my rush deadline, did it all with a smile and made me feel totally comfortable. When I picked it up, perfect! And same demeanor...and 3 other people one person leaving got a personal "good bye" from her, the person in front of me was known by first name, and she remembered me even only meeting me once! VERY VERY PLEASED!!!

WARNING! We gave these unprofessional cleaners a chance for a little while, until they destroyed $200 worth of brand new clothing! I showed the woman that is always there the damage, and she could not care less! They are terrible cleaners, have horrible customer service, and do not deserve business! I know they have done this to others! DO NOT BECOME ONE OF THEIR VICTIMS!

Spent an hour here one morning with an individual employee who couldn't locate a suit, as he didn't usually work the front desk, and later couldn't operate the cash machine. Later on I received calls from the store asking that I come back to pay. When the owner heard the issue, she went out of her way to make it up to me and apologized repeatedly. It was a misunderstanding from a guy who normally didn't work up front and she handled it very well. It was clear that she will do whatever it takes to make her customers happy. I highly suggest Top Cleaner.
