They take time to give thorough, detailed, hands-on explanations of equipment like CPAP machines and wheelchairs, showing patients how to use and adjust them. Ryan was very well informed and explained everything so I could understand how to use the machine and take care of it. He explained the masks and nasal pillows. He explained how I would automatically get the required components on a regular basis. He did a wonderful job.
