I’ve been a long standing customer. They are close to my house. I have always prioritized loyalty to local businesses. They are very inconsistent here— sometimes services are good and other times poor— no chip that peels off after a week or less, poorly painted nails, or eye wax burns. My main issue is that they aren’t super great with customer service. When I got huge burns on my eyebrows they blamed me rather than apologizing or even offering a refund or a credit. They also almost never offer promotions or discounts to reward loyal customers. Not even a birthday discount! So my main issues are inconsistent service and poor customer service.

Very disappointed in this nail salon. I have been a regular customer for over the past 2 years, coming every month or every other month for my pedicures. This time I wanted to get my nails done for my graduation AND my engagement photos (which I told them about) and I would greatly appreciate it if they could make my nails fabulous. However, that was not the case. I have gotten dipped French nails before (not at this place) and never EVER experienced them chip AND lift after 4 days. Additionally, the lady doing my nails was getting quite frustrated with me because I kept asking her to clean the polish that she left all over and under my nails. My toes also started chipping! I will never go here again and waste my money.
My mom had her toes done by 'Marissa' and she was an ABSOLUTE doll. She is amazing and does the best work there. If you decide to go there I highly suggest her only!
UPDATE: Since my nails looked horrible I had to get them redone because there was no way I was having my engagement photos done with the nails I received from them. I went to a place called 'Oh la la Nails' right off Bowes Rd and Randall Rd and they were phenomenal ✨️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND spending your money there. They explained to me that when they do dip French they dip the French color. Total nails dipped my whole nail and then painted the white French tip on.

Today I found my new nail tech! Shirley was amazing and we chatted like we've been friends forever!. I was very happy with my no chip pedi and eyebrow wax.

I will have to find another place because both times I’ve gone here (walk in) I get Holly. OMG, it takes FOREVER because she is constantly stopping to answer her phone(def personal calls) or is chatting endlessly about her personal life. Things I DO NOT want to know nor SHOULD NOT know. I love conversation but this is more like being held prisoner. Thanks but no thanks. Moving on…

Took my daughter here to get her nails done for graduation. I told them we wanted 2 regular pedicures and 2 no chip manicures. My nail tech kept asking me for no chip on the toes to the point that i caved and said ok because I felt like she didn't understand me. I made sure to let the one working on my daughter know only regular pedicure. Since my no chip took longer they started working on my daughters manicure. They cut her long nails and put a full set on her. My daughter is shy and didn't say anything and by the time I got over there it was too late. For my manicure I wanted moons and stars. What she did is horrible. All together I was charged $214! Way more than I wanted to spend. I tipped then both $20 because I am a hairstylist and believe in good karma when it comes to tipping. I wasn't going to write a bad review until the next day my card had fraudulent purchases on it. So if you want to get uncharged, get not what you asked for and have your credit card compromised this is the place for you. Below is what I showed her and what I got.
