I would rank this place negative stars if I could. Not because of the below explained, no, but the sheer disrespect that my wife and I have both experienced with this Christine lady. Rude, demeaning, nepo baby, that has no regard for customer service whatsoever, but here’s the story. Sold us a rebuilt title van, not an issue, it was a solid runner, we missed a couple payments, had the car repoed, paid the back owed in full got our car back. We missed ONE payment, and switched insurance policies, which was STILL a preferred insurance company providing us with full coverage insurance, they took our van at 12:00am and told us that we needed to pay off the total amount of the loan to get our car back. We have paid over 50% of our loan, this is illegal. I am talking to a lawyer for this unlawful repossession tactic they are using.

I bought a car here a year ago and this location over priced me on car insurance over $497 a month, I was not able to purchase my own insurance I was forced to have their insurance when my car payment was $265 for a 2012!!’ like let’s make this make since it does not make any since! I’m a single mom I tried my hardest to plea with Christina regarding this situation and she was not helpful at all everything was NO! I pretty much paid the car off and can’t even keep my car! I worked so hard, and this is what I get.. Also I had to make a key to the car, because I lost my original key!! This is a horrible location for car sales and customer service is horrible!!

This particular dealer was easy to work with.
I personally spoke with the salesman named Leo. I got a good deal on the vehicle I chose to purchase. What I recommend to people is do your homework on the vehicle you are purchasing. This particular dealer specializes in rebuilt title vehicles.

Have purchased multiple vehicles and worked with this car dealer for years. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We get all the information on the cars and nothing is sugar coated. If we ever have any issues they are more than happy to help and are flexible. We always have them in mind for future cars.
