Very hostile environment. This company is based out of India and English is a second class language here. All, of the Management team are from India, and they use Hindi all the time. If you aren't Hindi, look somewhere else, here you are nothing but lazy Americans.
Their HR Department is a running joke. When I was there, the HR Manager spent 80% of his time sleeping in his office. Note, he's gone now.
Also note, purchase your manufactured parts from a US Based company. This place sends all their money back to India. Lets keep our money here.
