So happy this UPS store and their customer service is local! Day one spoke with Olivia and she was patient with all my questions. Great experience.
Next day I had follow up questions..

Above and out of this world customer service!
I have a very important item shipping and he answered all of my questions to bring me peace of mind that my package is in good hands!

The employees are very helpful and very patient with me because I don’t understand the downloading on my phone compared to what I’m giving them when there’s a bunch of things and they’re more than willing to help me out. Sincerely, CeCe

The employee was so patient and cheerful as he waited for me to make sure each Amazon record I pulled up to scan went with the correct box as I had tons of boxes that were just slightly different items. I highly recommend this location from both this experience and my many pervious experiences here!

Constantly closes without updating their hours. I’ve shown up several times to a note on the door saying they are closed.

I’m not sure what happened to this location. They used to be really nice, but now they’re incredibly rude. It might be new management pushing them to be more strict. I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this location today. One of the workers was busy with another customer, and the other worker didn’t even acknowledge us. There wasn’t even a “we’ll be with you in a moment.”
They used to be very accommodating and would offer to close your package for you. Unfortunately, I couldn’t close mine and needed help. A worker (a girl with glasses) dismissed my request and rudely said, “Oh yeah, you need to close that. We can’t take open packages.” To add to her rudeness, when I explained the issue, she walked away and ignored me.
Instead of offering assistance, the worker kept telling me what to do to close it myself. Then, they asked me to put it aside. While I was doing that, the other worker who initially ignored me finally acknowledged me but did so in a rude manner, barking at me and telling me not to put it there.
To make things worse, on another visit, another worker conned me into buying a box—claiming they couldn’t ship my return in the original packaging, even though Amazon had sent it to me in that exact box. That cost me over $20 for absolutely no reason.
The only reason I’m giving this place a 2/5 and not a 1/5 is because there’s one really nice and helpful girl who works there—I’ve seen her on Sundays. She’s the only one who actually deserves credit for doing her job professionally and kindly. I sincerely hope she gets recognized and not the other two rude employees who clearly don’t care about customer service.

I've had a box here since 2007.
Our subdivision is close and over the years the 'porch pirates' stealing from the front of homes has gotten out of control.
Its was a different 'vibe' back when Dave owned it with the crew in the early days. It recent changed hands and while everyone in nice/friendly something is missing. Sometimes smalls get mis placed and you have to go in with the tracking from the sender and tell them its here, look for it.
I get it, this is at times a crazy busy place, its honestly amazing that so many parcels go in and out of such a small space. Doubt there is anyone doing it better if I did..
In the end despite a few mishaps I'm probably not going anywhere else. I would say to them keep working towards being a bit better every day and have a good system for managing the small items better.

I have a return to make because I was sent the wrong items, I also have a return barcode with the description saying wrong items sent.
Yet the employee said he couldn’t process the return because the items did not match what I was suppose to receive…. And what I was returning .
A complete waste of my time….

UPS website shows store hours on Saturdays as 09:00-17:00. Guess what, wrong! It closes at 15:00. Billion$ company can't figure out what they are doing. While I was writing this review at least 10 customers had to go back.
