Very unfriendly to most customers, unless they're a certain color race. No smiles or hello when you walk into their establishment. Super greedy for tips and their nail service is just mediocre. They do basic old lady nails service, no nail art or designs or special jewelry on nails. I will never return and I would not recommend!!

There’s literally only 2 guys working and over 1 and a half hour wait. And still no service. My daughter and I walked out.

US Nails Salon is a shop where nail technicians are only friendly to certain people, they like.
They are not friendly unless you are of a certain complexion. They do not greet you when you enter the salon, maybe if you speak first, they MIGHT speak to you. Most times, I don't speak to anyone, to avoid not receiving a reply. I have been visiting this salon for about 5+ years, so I know them well.
As I stated, they are not friendly to people of color.
Their prices used to be affordable and reasonable. As of today, they are greedy and have raised their prices just like all the other greedy, tip-wanting nail salons.
Nail technician Kevin and his brother, Bill - do a great job and I would recommend both for nail services. Kevin spends a lot of time with your nails and pedicures. He takes his time. The only female technician in the salon, Idk her name. I do know she talks entirely ? too much! I am unsure how well she does nails, if she is talking and running her mouth while doing your nails, she can't be doing a good job. I am not interested in her doing my nails.
US Nails is a decent nail salon, unfortunately with poor customer service skills.
I would recommend US Nails, in Elgin if you are not a woman or man of color.

First time here. Great no chip mani, regular pedi (nice long, massage). Only $60 before tip. Definitely going back!!

I had an appointment for a standard fill with Kevin and it took 1.5 hours. For that amount of time, you would expect that my nails were near perfect. Rather, they were uneven and sloppy. If you go, ask for Bill otherwise you will be there all day with poor results.

Been here a couple of times. They do a decent job but if you don't have an appointment they let you sit without telling you how long the wait is. My last visit I sat for 30 minutes and decided to not stay . Dont recco.ent without an appointment even though the sign says walk in welcomed.

Excellent job! I love it!!. All of them very friendly nice ladies. The nails last long time compared with other places where i been and if u have a emergency don't worry they'll take care of you. And the prices are very reasonable.

When I’m in town and need a mani pedi this is my choice for Elgin. The salon is always clean and smells nice! The staff is helpful and they do an amazing job. They helped me grow out my short, brittle nails to great lengths
