I ordered online for a very long time and a couple years ago when I started going into actual brick & mortar stores this was the first place I checked out and I will always return! They are one of two shops I’ll go to. Every employee I have encountered is friendly and very helpful. I always feel kind of silly when I have questions, but no one has ever made me feel like I had a “stupid” question and has been so helpful with their answers.
They almost always have better prices compared to others I’ve been to, they still have rewards points for $$$ off (some others have done away with this), and they always recommend testing your products before you leave so that you can return/exchange if something is wrong.

The male attendant is incredibly rude and arrogant. If you want people to buy stuff from your shop maybe take a lesson in customer service skills. Have the day you deserve.??

They don’t quote prices over the phone which is ridiculous so you have to drive all the way there to get a price. The last guy that was working, was super helpful with CBD cat treats & prices and quoted prices over the phone for various things. Today it was overly serious on vape prices over the phone.

Very helpful with a nice selection of box mods and cbd products, even a dog section (Very nice addition). You can make custom juices too. I definitely will be back.

I absolutely love Vape N Juice because not only does the juice taste so good but the price is great for the in-house and the staff has always been so super helpful and friendly and definitely worth stopping in and checking them out!

The products are great, but I prefer the store in Rockford. The employees at the Elgin location are rude and know nothing about customer service. I’ll be making the drive to Rockford in the future.
