“Candlewood suites Elgin , Ill, Their staff is polite they were efficient. It was easy to make a reservation. The rooms were clean. The service was great. It was a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to anybody.”

Pros: large enclosed space to run and play. Not too loud, equipment for all sizes. Food and drink options, cubby spaces, benches
Cons: overpriced in my opinion, smells funky- like burnt toast or some kind of electrical/gas smell (concerning), and thr equipment could use cleaning/dusting.”

“I recently stayed here for a friend's wedding for 2 nights. There was an issue with my booking through the Capital One travel portal where it didn't communicate with the hotel's system. The manager quickly took to resolving the issue. So friendly and accommodating, even with their phones being out because of the storm. Front desk staff was kind. Room was comfortable and it was pretty clean. The front desk service really made the stay.”

She was very responsive and answered any questions right away. The venue was so clean and put together well. We loved the amount of tables offered for food, desserts, gifts, ect. We will definitely be using this venue again.”
