This Walgreens western union is only for sending and receiving the money electronically. The manager of the Walgreens walks away from people while they are asking questions. I guess she doesn't know that western union has money order checks. Got mine from the local Jewel instead.

I have had MORE THAN ENOUGH with this f'ing mad house!! Collectively, we've called SIX TIMES, only to go thru the awful music, then the ringing, & GET DISCONNECTED!! When I talked to shift leader Esmerelda, she said they have 1 pharmacist, & 2 techs working!! WTAF?! I suggested the tech giving shots be moved to help with meds for THE SICK PEOPLE and have the shot-receivers go elsewhere, but nooooo, they CAN'T do that. Everyone's sick, she said. UHM, NO! You don't give vaccines to sick people! COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! F A R from the first problem with this location!! We're leaving Walgreens for GOOD! THERE WERE T E N people behind the counter they other day when I was in...WHO is in charge of scheduling?! I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS!!

I'm so disappointed with the company and location. They have prevented a VFW from building in the plaza because they are worried about parking. it's a shame that lot is NEVER full. maybe they just dislike veterans.

I went to this location after my preferred pharmacy, Meijer, did not have my Rx in stock. I verified with both, Meijer AND Walgreens on 07/13/20 that the Rx was successfully transferred. Walgreens confirmed the medication would be ready in an hour. I went the following day, 07/14/20. I was told by the pharm tech that the Rx was not in file. I requested they double check or contact the pharm tech I had spoken to on 07/13 to verify. They refused. Instead, I was made to look like a liar in front of all other customers. Pharmacist Joseph raised his voice, was rude and condescending. He went back and forth on how my Rx was not in file and that Meijer had no record of it. He told me he would not call Meijer again as he had already \\\"wasted\\\" 25 minutes of his time. I don't go down easy so I called Meijer myself. Low and behold... Meijer finds my file and say they transferred the Rx to Walgreens on 07/13/20 at 1700 hours, speaking to pharm tech Lucy. Joseph's demeanor completely changed and offered me the meds for free, continuing to apologize for the inconvenience. I understand that sometimes there are uncontrollable errors. But when I'm trying to seek ways to resolve the issue and you instead attempt to degrade me, you get no respect. My only advice for Joseph is learn to be kind, even when you think the patient is wrong. My advice for anyone else trying to come here: save your time, money and energy and go elsewhere.

Friendly efficient check-in for my second covid vaccine. Used the opportunity to buy a couple of things on the way out. Broad selection and choices.

Stopped here today to pick up a few things and Drano was one of them. The price online at Walgreens.com was 5.75 the price in store was 12.99. I asked how do I get the online price and if they would price match their own website. I was told no that I would need to order online and pick it up in store. Makes zero sense to me, so I took a pass on the Drano. So much for convenience.

I come to this location almost once a day because it is convenient to my house. While the cashiers are always nice and almost to nice some time, i ALWAYS have to wait in line. " I See Three" is playing every time. I think this place could do much better if the manager wasn't so worried about his productivity goals and focused on the customer service instead. I have no idea why, between noon and 6pm there is not always at least 2 cashiers at all times. I ALWAYS wait in line for almost 10 minutes every time.

On the day I went inside, it was very busy & felt understaffed. Long wait for medicine & long lines. Usually I use the drive-through, which is much faster.
