went to get an rsv vaccine as i have a chronic illness but then the pharmacist denied it even after i told him it was recommended to me from my doctor and said so online as well

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. They will shut down for a "meal period" while you're in line...multiple people working the pharmacy yet they wont stagger their meal periods so they close during their open hours. They have no problem being rude about it too. Just a horrible pharmacy operation. Call ahead to ensure they're open if you have to go to the world's worst pharmacy.

Terrible service at the pharmacy, the worst I have always preferred Villa St and because they closed I put a prescription and an item to use with asthma medication and they don't even let them know that they don't have it, they tell you tomorrow you go and they tell you we are preparing it, come later and so they take it away in the end I asked them for my prescription because they simply don't say I don't have it and that's great incompetence.

It was literally 10:56 and the lady was at the door with doors locked, I asked her if I could return something on FedEx, literally just dropping my box off for FedEx and she said no that I had to come tomorrow.. Bad customer service. If they close at 11, there shouldn’t be no one at the door by 10:56 telling me I had to come back because they were closed. Please check the cameras.

This store definitely doesn't have enough employees working in the pharmacy, their customer service is horrible, not only did they answer and hang up multiple times, their wait times are over 10 minutes. I do not recommend this location.

Incompetence employees at the pharmacy. They let you wait 40-50 minutes and are not doing anything. Long waiting times. Avoid. Find another pharmacy.

I have been working with this pharmacy staff for a few years now. They are good people. There is high turnover and problems are usually related to high turnover stuff. Otherwise, mistakes are honest mistakes because of the high volume.

Absolutely incompetent employees at the pharmacy. Long wait times EVERY SINGLE TIME. I was told the prescription would be ready in 10 minutes. 3 hours later, it was still not ready. All Walgreens are the same way. Taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is so poorly run. I had an appointment for 1:30pm to get a flu shot and COVID vaccine. I showed up 10 minutes early for check in, then I was told to sit down and wait to be brought back. By 1:45pm I asked the pharmacist how much longer it would be since it was 15 minutes past my appointment, she told me that appointments don’t matter if they’re busy, which they weren’t. In fact, no one was in front of me at all. I wasn’t taken back to get my shots until 2:30pm. Terrible service. Terrible attitudes. Lazy employees.

Why is this store even open anymore! Poor attitude from most not all employees. Looks like it's from the worst neighborhood in Chicago. When you try to do a Fed ex return drop off they tell you they don't print at the print shop! Then they tell you the system is too old, then when you ask for a receipt they tell you it's to modern all they will do is email you a receipt! They can't even do a good job on the excuses.
