I had a pretty bad experience trying to print a 2x2 photo for the visa at this place, the service was terrible I felt like they only wanted to do things so that I could go quickly and I was left super wrong with what I needed to get besides that for a photo in They charge super expensive for this format at almost $17 and I bought two for $32 for something that didn't even help me because the lady who helped me even organized the photo I wanted wrong, plus the larger photos in 4x4 format and onwards in Where more materials are used, they sell them for less than $1, the service was terrible.

Maybe it's just because of where I grew up, but the pharmacy in Elk Grove Village was on their game. This 1, not so much. Rx's take forever to get out of "processing", sometimes days until I call and ask what's going on. Drive thru is awful cuz they take forever to get to the window. Just spent over 15 mins waiting behind 1 car to get their stuff, and then they go on lunch leaving me (& 3 other customers) in the dust and without any meds. Inside isn't much better, lots of waiting there too cuz a lot of the time stuff isn't ready when they say it will be. Idk if they need more help, or what, but don't worry, if you don't pick up your rx right away, they'll keep calling you to come get it. Never in a rush to get it ready, but always in a rush for you to pick it up after you wait days for them to fill it. I miss the pharmacy in egv, nicest staff, most helpful pharmacists and techs, and things were always ready on time

So tired of doing the pharmacist job they never do their jobs with prescriptions or follow-ups to the doctors regarding your medications. They went to school for this profession but don't do what they get paid to do. They have very poor customer service & don't pay attention to what they do. Paid for my medication at their drive thru & wasn't even given my change. I was calling they pharmacist before she walked away & was totally ignored. I had to wait for the store manager to come count down her cash drawer. They lady knew she didn't give me my change & acted dumb about it. This was the pharmacist & not a pharmacist tech I'm talking about just to make things clear. I so hate this place. If my insurance didn't require me to go to Walgreens I wouldn't. They make huge mistakes & make their customers pay for their ignorance.

My experience at Walgreens is always great the associates are very polite courteous friendly and after a while of going there regularly they get to know you by first name basis I love Walgreens!

Love this Walgreens. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and organized and the Pharmacy is amazing. I love that the pharmacy is always willing to help me with questions I have regardless of them being over the counter medicines. I have 2 walgreens closer to my house and I will drive to this location. Great job management this store is such a pleasure to shop at!

So today I went into the store with my 15 pound poodle to pick up a prescription and for my dog to pick out a toy. I was at the counter being serviced my a wonderful technician Anna. The store security girl came over and started a confrontation with me as if the was a matter of national security. I didn't respond because I could see she wanted a fight. She wanted Anna to not ring me up and to throw me and my tiny dog out. Not one of the pharmacists or colleagues paid any attention. Thank you Anna your a great human.

Dude employees didn't want to assist me on checking item out. Manager no where to be seen. They definitely need some restructuring to do at this store. I would recommend anyone to go else where.

Pharmacist Lucy should be a liability for this location. She incorrectly quotes CDC guidelines, wrongfully turns away patients from their vaccines, is incompetent with the Walgreens system and verifying insurance. She is incredibly rude anr dismissive when proven wrong and unable to own up to her mistakes. Why be in healthcare if you don't actually care to listen and help people? Do better Lucy.

Never place a same day delivery order! Walgreens doesn’t deliver anything, they use door dash, and if they don’t feel like picking your order up, you don’t get your order. I had to take an Uber to pick up my delivery order, because I needed it that night, and placed the order at 7:30pm, giving the store plenty of time to get the order ready and it sat there until 9pm. Then I was told it would be delivered the next day, or I could pick it up, but I wouldn’t be refunded for all the DoorDash fees that I had already paid for one hour delivery. Not the first time I’ve had to cancel or pick up an order because door dash didn’t want to send a courier to pick up my order.

Calling and asking for help and they hanging up on me 3 times just trying to ask questions I never felt so disrespected because they want to handle the drive thru next time hang up the phone so I don't hear how rude you are calling corporate to fie a complaint horrible service
