Terrible experience at Walgreens Pharmacy. I refilled my prescription, and when there was an issue with insurance coverage, they didn't even bother to inform me that it was canceled. I waited for days without knowing there was a problem. The lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable.

I was given the wrong prescription, and I took it back with what I was supposed to get (had box from previous). I explained it to Nicholas (just basic casual explanation) and he got angry right away saying if you don't stop with that attitude you're out of here. WHAT! I was talking nice and even called him sir and said thank you trying to show him I didn't have an attitude. He just kept saying it with anger. I don't understand. Should I have whispered it to him? In NO WAY did I get upset while explaining to him. I asked to talk to the mgr. (who took his side and was not pleasant at all) and told her it happened before with the same prescription and the guy made it right. She said my doctor changed it. NO. I've been getting it for a while. When I got my text and call it said my prescription was ready (what I had been getting all along... not what they gave me. (Wish I had saved the voicemail and text to show them!) I was in a good mood, going to church, and decided to stop in and take care of this matter. In NO WAY did I show Nicholas and attitude. I did get upset after the way he was talking to me and then the mgr. not seeing that It was clearly not the same prescription. Nicholas called later and left a voicemail saying that he was sorry and that my prescription was ready. (And text of the wrong prescription, not what I was supposed to get.) So, sorry but here's your wrong prescription again. ???? Nearly every time I go to get my prescriptions there's problem. They text and call you and you get there and it's not ready. ????? One time I went there I told a young lady my name (Mark) and she kept saying Martin. ???? I speak clearly and after about 4 times (4 times!) another person comes over to help her and she tells her fellow associate, he said Martin. I guess I don't know my own name. There's a couple of nice people in the pharmacy but some should not work with the public. Note: I called corporate about the incident so waiting to see what they say. Most of the time nothing is done. It's really sad what customer service is these days. I worked retail for many years, and I never showed an attitude toward a customer. I loved my customers, and they loved me. Won awards, which I never understood, because it was my job. These days employees hate that part of their job (saying hello and helping customers). They ignore the customers like they're not even there. So sad, because without the customers, they don't have a job. (UPDATE) After 2 weeks the DM, Jim, called me (he was a nice guy who seemed to care) and said he was sorry about the incident. He offered me $20 on my rewards card. I declined. I don't care if he offered me $1,000. The truth and what is right (and good customer service) is more important than any amount of money. I declined the offer because all I would want is an apology from Nicholas, but that will never happen!

Called in to file a complain, for blantant racism / profiling. Definitely something that needs to be addressed.

The photo area cord is broken. The staff know but don't have it fixed. I wasted 10 minutes trying to print a picture. What a joke. Multibillion dollar company can't replace a $5 cord to make a sale.

This Walgreens really sucks how can all thee staff in thee pharmacy department have such BAD attitudes and are very disrespectful I never seen anything like this is they let the job get them frustrated they need to find new jobs I really hate this Walgreens pharmacy department

The incompetency of the pharmacy is wild. And it isn't just at this location, it's at all walgreens pharmacies. I've dealt with everything from being told incorrect instructions/dosages on medication, to being given the wrong prescriptions, to having techs not even put in the order.

After calling around to multiple Walgreens to locate a prescription, this location was supposed to have it first. They did have it first.
I was excited! They got it! I wae notified to pick it up and before I got there the pharmacist gave it to another person.
When informed I was furious. But, Sarah took the time to locate the prescription at another Walgreens, start the filling process and gave me a call back!
Thank you so much, Sarah! Mr. Pharmacist, you suck.

The worst Walgreens, I have experience so far.
My doctor sent 3 times prescription to them and they couldn’t find the prescription. It was urgent matter. I asked for contacting my doctor and seeing where the issue is. Of course, they didn’t and left me hanging in physical and psychological pain. Clearly people working there shouldn’t be in medical field because there empathy and intelligence is very low.

Horrible service in the pharmacy line! I had been waiting there well over 10mins before the cut off time for meal break and had been sitting at the window waiting! The guy put the meal break sign in the window and said he was going on break and I expressed to him that I had been waiting way before the meal break time and he said he don’t even suppose to be talking to me right now and proceeded to put the sign in the window and walked away! So rude and unprofessional!

They claim to be open twenty four hours but they're not. I just drove 45 minutes to get to this location.Because it's the only one open twenty four hours and I get here and there's a sign on the door saying theyre closed

Very bad customer service. The technician was extremely rude she said I should take the script with me since it is taking them longer for them and they will be going on break soon. This was said when they had 45 minutes before their break time. Upon consulting the pharmacist, she cannot fill control medications since it is handwritten by the doctor. Someone needs to teach the pharmacist about the law that was passed . The law states that the pharmacy still needs to fill the script even if its a written script. Extremely unprofessional staff, i had to leave because they were busy making stories for not filling the script because apparently they were busy and couldn't fill in 30 minutes which is above the waiting times. If they are not willing to work and be genuine, someone needs to speak to them .

Pleasee DON’T waste your time with this location!!! Their Pharmacy is the worst… They make everything a lot more complicated than what it is. I feel like banging my head against the wall when I talk to most of the employees. Im sorry but i have given this location way too many chances . Seriously almost every time there is a problem.

Worst pharmacy ever they literally gave me an empty pill bottle and wouldn’t give me a refill on my medication, I won’t ever go back and the staff takes so long honestly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever came across
