I am new to having propane, but have found that anyone I've called at Stephenson Service Company has been very helpful and friendly and the one time I asked for a service technician to come to my home to answer some questions, I received help right away. The technician, Rodney, spent a lot of time with my husband and myself and answered all of our questions and was able to provide the historic details on the dates (and volume) that the tank was previously filled when the home was owned by another homeowner.

The delivery guys are great...very prompt and very helpful with all my questions and the grade/blend is very good I had them fill my 1000 gal tank just before Winter of last year and here is August and still have fuel...Thank to all the FS workers for the past 5 plus years

Slow to respond to requests. Mediocre customer service. Squeezing any concrete information about what is going on with my service (even how to pay for it, the one thing you'd think they'd be eager to tell me about) is next to impossible. On top of that their prices are unreasonable. This is the kind of propane company that makes me want to heat my house with wood instead.Too bad they're the only propane company available in my area.
