Bought two propane tanks - turns out both were empty tanks. Came back a few days later spoke to the manager and he was able to refund me fully. I was told by the manager that new tanks come with blue valves and are noticeably heavier. They shouldn’t keep empty tanks next to the new tanks in my opinion.
