atm locked my card twice the touchscreen on the drive thru atm isn't working at all and can't call as it's sunday just wasted 10 minutes of my life and had to tell the lady behind me now she's gonna have to waste more time to go to another atm too.

I wish I remembered the names of the two people who helped me at this branch. They helped my boyfriend and me figure out a situation with a certified check. We appreciated their time and patience! I value great customer service. They deserve a shout out!

Refused to open a checking account because the bank closes in 20 minutes - woman says it takes 45 minutes to open an account - I don't need Chase, lots of better banks to do business with.
