I walk in trying to get 2 boxes each of quarters, nickels, cents. First they interrogate me and give me a super hard time. They tell me they only give boxes to businesses unless i order ahead of time. Ok great. I order them. They call me while im at work and leave a message as instructed. $1250 worth of coins are ready to be picked up. I drive out of my way to come back and they tell me im to late and they had to sell my boxes. Its 230pm on a monday. They called 10am today. I told them id come omw from work. Complete waste of time. I was very clear about calling and leaving a message and i would come in same day and kept my word. What exactly did they expect here?Tellers both had super smug and arrogant attitudes throughout all interactions from day one though. I definitely wouldnt recommend this branch. The heavy set middle aged white woman here is especially rude. Btw, you dont have to "own a business" to have to get boxes for the stores you manage lady. Everyone cant be a bank teller like you.

Never answers calls. Don't bother if you need to speak to a human over the phone.

I would like to say Ankit “Keet” Patel helped me with two different concerns with my checking account (February 2023). It was definitely worth driving to a branch to handle the issues in person. Very good service and completed efficiently and quickly.

Terrible customer service! They are not able to manage more that just simple deposits. Understand now why there is always slow and no people. Stuff just unprofessional. Don’t waste your time going to this branch, they don’t even have an ATM.

I have followed Anthony from one branch to another. As a business owner, I admire his work ethic, commitment to Chase, and his leadership style. He is a true asset for any company. Anthony has explained in depth what i needed, the process and procedures to anything, and most of all his customer service is amazing. He has helped me for over 10 yrs at various locations even recently when corporate never sent a letter one phone call to Anthony and I got exactly what I needed ( I needed a statement to show my mortagge officer.) It is because of Anthony I have stayed with Chase

One of my favorite Chase locations to go to because the employees and managers are so great and very professional making the customers feel so welcoming in there facility, the wait time is average on most days but it doesn't bother me at all.

walked in to open a savings account waited in by the main entrance where no one greeted me spend sometime waitingLorry came out saying that she was too busy and couldnt help cause she had an appointment at 3pm and couldnt help me at all and that i needed to make an appointment for her to help me. She could of asked if i could wait but she didnt. Now im def going to take all my money of this bank and take my business some where else. very unprofessional Group. they dont understand the importance of customer service. very dissapointed please try to avoid this Chase Branch for your own good.

No ATM inside the bank when you need cash under $20 bills. Only 2 people working and they will walk away when it's your turn. Don't go here

Terrible branch. They don't reply to emails, voice mails etc at all. It took them 12 months to endrose the check. Different Chase branches close everything in a month !

Worst customer service , that blonde lady at the last cashier window , was yelling at me because she couldn’t print out what I need it , I try to explain and she just kept yelling instead of trying to explain things in a nice way , so rude
