  I had accounts with the First National Bank of Chicago in 1970's. Great cs, and had foreign currency exchange, too. I moved to ELk Grove Village in 1991, not aware the merger to City Bank, great cs as usual. I moved to Wood Dale in 2018, CitiBank, EGV remains my favorite, great tellers, friendly place.

  Easy in and out. Used the banks ATM to deposit my moolah as the bank itself, was closed for the night. This banks ATM is located right next to jewel osco

  Great staff interaction experience. The teller staff is very friendly and helpful. It is always a wonderful experience talking to them.
