Great place to live. Daniella and Emily from the leasing office are very nice and helpful. The area is also very nice with lots of stores, library, hospital, etc.

said they will send the deposit back in 60 days. It is now past 90 days and still no check.
Edit: Got the check on the 90th day. I had no problem when I lived here but the refund process just took too long.
