Let me start by saying this store needs better management AL needs to find a job where he doesn't deal with people. I was looking for a birthday card and the aisles are so cluttered and full of boxes hard to get through and get what you need. Anyway my 5 year old daughter was looking at the shelf right next to me touched a cup and put her mouth on the straw.(yes what my daughter did was wrong) another management lady very rudely asked my child where's your mom I looked at the lady and she said very rudely your daughter put her mouth on this now I have to damage this out. If she wasn't rude I would have apologized but right away I corrected my daughter for what she did. It didn't sit well with me so I went up front to speak to a manager. The sweet girl at the register said she would get him but can I tell her what happened because Al gets defensive over his employees so I might end up getting an attitude from him too. The lady who first said something to my child tried to come back to my daughter and say sweetie it's ok and all I said to her next time can you not be so rude about it. She said she wasn't rude they all say that. As she walked away said she has 4 kids and knows how to parent. I'm sorry just because you have multiple children just not mean you know how to be a mother and parent. You should never judge a parent first of all, and my child didn't even do anything that serious and you treated a little girl so terribly about something so little. Wow you had to damage out an item that was only $1.25. These employees seem very stressed and like to take it out on customers. Let me add it Took almost 15 minutes for the manager Al to come out and speak to me. When he did come out he was rude acted like he didn't care how my child was spoke to. Said have a great and walked away from me. I shop at dollar tree all the time I will not be going here anymore I will be making a phone call and doing what I need to do about getting through to corporate I feel like they need to know about this store and employees. Such a terrible experience with terrible people you mess with my kid that's where you messed up. Sorry not sorry

I came into the store today 8/5 around 8pm the cashier was very rude and did not greet anyone upon entry. The staff was very racist and impatient with me while I made my purchase at the register. Eddin did not know how work the register to type in the card number because my card was malfunctioning. I asked him to call the manger 3 times he would not . He began to fuss at me because he was not properly trained. Please if you want a peaceful shopping experience do not enter the store every one is old evil and grumpy . I spent over $100 and I don’t appreciate the treatment I received at the store. It felt like I walked into a store that’s was whites only that’s the best way to describe how embarrassed I felt leaving Trace # 049276/035037

This store is great. Well used to be. Been coming here awhile. Tonight I go in 40 mins before closing & the bald manger who I have never seen before tells me they were closing the cash early that it was only debt & credit. That’s not right. You close and 10pm then you stop handling cash at 10pm! All because he don’t want to count at 10pm. Unprofessional.
And this store is usually very organized it looked a mess 40 mins before closing!
Lazy management creates a bad environment. I hope they find someone new soon!

Aisles are overly crowded with product that needs to be stocked. Had to wait 45 mins in line to checkout. Maybe add a bench with this checkout time for people with disabilities.

I have to call out and thank Julie!! I was looking for a Christmas decoration and our Dollar Tree was out. I called this location and Julie was so kind. She let me text her a photo and she found what I was looking for. She put it on the side for me and I picked it up the next morning. So helpful and kind and I just wanted to thank you for going above and beyond. A+++++

DOLLAR TREE THAT YOU’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!! Never in a millions years would I have thought that I would be writing a review for a dollar store. This dollar store is incredibly well-maintained – everything is orderly, fully stocked, and the store is impeccably clean. Unlike other stores, there are no restock carts blocking the aisles. We shopped for over an hour, and the employees would park a cart quickly stock and GONE. Similar to other reviews, the lighting is superior compared to other dollar trees that I’ve shopped at. Amber just was exceptionally helpful, promptly guiding me to the right aisle each of the 5-6 times I asked for assistance in find certain products. We visited on a Thursday.

Very unfriendly cashier. Treated my kids and I like invisible then greeted the next customer like long lost friend. We will now go to the nice one on Biesterfield much friendlier to all .

HORRIBLE experience. My friends and I got kicked out for no reason. The manager said there was too many students from a local school there. We were kicked out even thought we weren’t causing any disturbance.
