“I had a broken hinge on my laptop and a cracked screen. Every other place I went to either told me that they couldn’t do it or would have to mail it to a separate building for the repairs making it take 4+ weeks to repair. UBreakIFix was able to fix it in store in under a quarter of the time the other places estimated. The pricing was also very reasonable and they made sure to check in that I was still okay with the price they quoted me when I originally brought it in. I have my laptop back now and she works better than before! Hopefully I won’t be breaking any more electronics any time soon, but if I do, I’m coming back here.”

No more batteries from anywhere but here. My oven lightbulb has been dead for a year too, I know where I'm going for that.”

At the time, they not only fixed my mother board promptly at a good price, but also solved a less critical problem I had been having as well without charging extra. The alternative from the manufacturer HP was to have them repair it for almost the same amount as the purchase price. I can recommend them highly.”

“My Fadal with FANUC 18iMB went down with a 411 servo alarm. I thought it was a lightning strike, but turns out it was a bad cable. Louis and Ivan really did a great job working with me to troubleshoot. They also did clean and fan replacement on the power supply and servo drives. Very reasonable price and excellent service!”
“These guys are awesome. They remanufacture crown forklift modules and test them on truck to make sure the work 100% these guys got me out of a jam with a customer. A rebuilt controller from crown was quoted to me at $2300 these guys did mine for almost a quarter of the price”
“We moved to the suburbs not too long ago, still getting acquainted with the local businesses of all sorts. Definitely prefer to help the local small businesses than cooperate. Called with questions earlier in the day, she answered with a professional kind voice and said swing by so they could assest the damage & what was needed. My phone was battled with a hard concrete brick fall... lol. Damages indeed!! Although we bought another phone through our provider.. transferring everything with a broken black screen would have been a cost and a pain!! The gentleman in charge went over what was needed thoroughly & patiently with my original phone. With people waiting too, as it seemed they had great business for a Sunday. In a very clean organized establishment, we took the offer of the reasonable cost and even so.. the fact it would be ready in a few hours, prior to close. Once they text us, we arrived.. still with customers patiently waiting. Which in my eyes means .. they know what they're doing and the locals are grateful. I double checked to make sure all was good.. they made sure before we walked out the door, all our questions were asked & that we were beyond satisfied! My phone was back to life.. no scratches & working as I originally had it, .. With a new phone case & screensaver as compilatory to all customer business! We have 3 teenage boys.. lol, tech help is always needed. As long as we live in this area.. They've made customers and promoters for life.
