I needed to make some copies quickly, and this FedEx Office Center was super close to me. I'm glad I found it. I was in and out within 5 minutes, and the price to make copies was very inexpensive. There's a lot of other things you can do there as well, such as shipping, printing, etc. I'm very happy with my experience and highly recommend them for all of your printing/shipping/copying/office needs!

Worse customer service ever!!! I had 2 boxes that needed express shipping walked up and the door was closed, not locked and this is at 3:45 and they close at 6. I saw an employee working and I asked when are the doors going open and yelled at the top of his lungs "I'm eating lunch!" Needless to say I left and went to a different location, I'll be following up with management next week

Staff very nice & helpful, a young man helped with finding the cheapest option. Also, I left my boxes untaped in case my boxes were over-sized, size was within range and they taped up boxes for me, NICE. I always bring tape with me when shipping anything so I dont have to buy tape at the shipment place. Thanks FedEx.

DMV in Elgin make sure no matter what you make an appointment as of September 1 2023 even senior citizens, disabled or veterans you no longer get the fast lane. You need to call and make an appointment

Fedex sent my girlfriend’s fairly expensive package to an incorrect address, the front door in the picture attached is the wrong house. Case was opened for the package, but there doesn’t seem to be much help being given to us. I understand mistakes happen and it’s the holidays, but when the mistakes are expensive it can be a big problem. Do better Fedex.

I went to print 2 sheets of $1.56 usd and they charged me an extra 2.50 usd for a service charge it is ridiculous bad service the staff

Julian who works this location is literally THE BEST. I should have written a review for past Stellar service he provided but this is the second amazing experience. The customer service he provides is beyond compare. Love this location!!!

Elderly manager lady was so rude. I don’t understand why if you chose to work in the customer service industry you have an awful way of treating customers. I was dropping off something for my job and not even a hello, I got immediate attitude. Won’t be coming back to this location

Customer service ?Cost for what I needed to be done? ?$1.99 per page for a fax? The items had to be faxed to the State of Illinois, I had no other option. Total bill, over $25. Unacceptable, I'll never be back.
