I am so upset regarding my delivery. They keep coming and stating they can't deliver the package. I waited all day and evening and still another day no delivery. I called and stated to the person they have to open the main door of the buiding and come up to my apartment door so I can know there here so I can sign it. I even gave the person who set up the redeliverly my phone number for the driver to call me. No, call I just checked the tracking and he just took a picture of the door again did not even try to open it. I told them the door is not locked you have to open it with your hand and cone into the building for a signture. This is an important delivery I have been waiting for. I am very upset and just can't understand how hard is it to open a door to make a delivery. Deliverly has been rescheduled for 10/9. Can someone please get this message to the driver. Thank you.

Only one employee is professional and courteous. A lot of sour looks and ignoring people waiting to be helped. I swear they have one good employee who’s an older gentleman that has a good attitude along with greeting everyone. The few times I’ve gone it’s been bad attitudes and or people flat out ignoring people waiting in the lobby

After Finnair lost my luggage and was zero help in telling me where it was, and when it would get to me, I used my airtags to locate my luggage at the fedex location in Elk Grove Villiage on 1200 E Devon Ave. Sajjad Shamsi went over and beyond searching the warehouse to locate my luggage. He was pleasent to deal with and it is always nice to have a person at the front counter that represents the company well and tries to make sure the customer is happy. Thanks Sajjad for your help!

So I shipped a bike back for return on 6/19 and it says out for delivery 3:58am 6/23 and hasn’t changed since. Says your driver Alexander is on the way. Where’s my return it’s $329! They did good with another package so idk what’s going on 4+ days no update. USPS has nothing to do with it it’s nowhere in the tracking. FedEx needs to be deliverd I can give tracking number if it helps.pretty sure he dropped it off to them without scanning or something but it needs update.

I didn't get my package, I came here and they say come back in 30 minutes! I've been there three times but the driver doesn't come! I think this kind of employee should be fired, he's an irresponsible person.

This is a the third time I get charged double the fee after some idiot at fedex put the wrong weight for my what I shipped. I weigh it at home before I take it to make sure its way under the weight I pay for for this same reason and still. I get charged extra.
Someone, whoever is supposed to be in charge needs to do better. This IS NOT OK!!!
My item weighed way under 6 lbs which is what I paid for, but was reported at 13 lbs. what the hell is going on!!!
I will be reporting this because I am sick of big corporations like this stealing from us

They need to fire all upper management they need new staff I dread getting ship from FedEx. They move my delivery date twice then move my time delivery twice. UPS so much better !!!! It’s always a problem with fedex ALL THE TIME ! And they didn’t ring my doorbell I was home !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute garbage facility and garbage employees. Driver didn't deliver my package and said he attempted and nobody was home. I was home all day waiting for the package I overnighted. Called customer service three times, told me they promised they would fix it. No way to get ahold of anyone outside of a call center or at this ship center. Package never came on time despite being promised it would. Waste of time and money and driver or his bosses can't be held accountable.
