The Manager rectified the situation, and advised that no money is ever needed up front. She was able to refund the money when the floor services were not utilized. My floor needed prep work, that they did not offer. I would use them for another project in the future.

Zero customer service. Employees in aisles don't make eye contact so they don't have to answer questions. One Check out station open in the whole store. Hate doing self checkout. Rather pay more at Ace hardware.
