Super thorough! They recommended a toilet replacement to the 1.6 flush I bought that fit perfectly as it needed the same footprint as the previous toilet. They made sure it shipped from the nearest warehouse to me to receive quickly. A +

Got me out of a bind by finding and shipping a faucet I had been waiting on from Ferguson for 5+ months! Overnight shipping to Texas was great - arrived with no damage. Thanks y'all!!
