The company I work for deals with this HAAS location for machine repair and maintenance. Every time we need to request service it's a huge hassle. Response time spans into several weeks at times. When they actually do get back to us to schedule a service they often don't show up at all. When they do actually show up the technicians often will not correct the issue, instead wasting a ton of time as it appears they have very little training/experience. Working with HAAS is an absolute nightmare that I do not wish upon anyone. Terrible service.
