No friendly stuff. There is a saying in Russia «Рыба гниет с головы» which means that junior staff is not to blame for anything and all the negative aspects are to management.

Worse place were I was. Stuff on check out want touch your phone for visit shower. And I saw how worker clean shower with a towel. Not friendly people

They kicked me out at 6am saying that they only allow one hour of parking, this is not a travel center
