Very slow with loading at least a couple of hours. Staff seems friendly but understaffed. Not a bad placed but just understaffed.

Shopped there today for the first time. I found out today was the last day of the 50% off so it was busy. Lots of workers but the checkout process is absolutely horrible. No signage or direction. You cannot wait in a line for the cashier UNTIL YOU HAVE A PRODUCT SHEET WITH ITEMS CHECKED BY A WORKER!! I waited in the wrong line nearly 45 minutes before I was told I was in the wrong line!!! Then I had to wait in another line for approximately 30 minutes to get their “checkout” sheet. Then back into the line to check out. I spent at least an hour and a half just checking out. SIMPLE FIX —— PUT UP SIGNAGE HOW THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WORKS!!! DUH!!
First timers beware.

This is my 3rd year shopping at this warehouse sale.
They have a great selection and very good deals. Every year I go back at least two times to shop.
Everyone is very helpful and extremely friendly. I highly recommend and encourage everyone to shop at this warehouse during the December Season. I can't wait to see what's in store next year!

Today I went to the warehouse sale and let me tell you it was one of the greatest things I got to do this year . I got some great gifts for Christmas and got me a few thing's myself lol....I saved so much money and all the workers are so nice and took my boxes to the truck ! I'm sure going back next year!

I bought 2 sets of motorcycle speakers for Fathers Day from Amazon. One set came without wiring. I proved that I had bought them through Amazon and still can't get the wiring. When I contacted them again about a month ago they offered to upgrade the speakers with the proviso that we send a pic of the destroyed speakers. We agreed to do so as soon as they arrived which was an option. We still don't have the wiring , which was all we wanted to begin with so we wouldn't void the warranty that comes with them. I would avoid them at least on Amazon. They're a 3rd party seller and don't have to answer to Amazon for their behavior.

Product quality is ok (except cheddar popcorn which was soft and stale). We bought the "Holiday Gift Tower" which turned out to be mostly half empty boxes. Looks impressive until you open. Will not buy again.

The summer sausage had gone bad (6 months before the "best by" date). The tiny little crackers (2 squares per box) were very stale. The garlic sausage tasted ok and the cheese food (cheddar) tasted ok for pasteurized.I hope the gift pack wasn't expensive for the 7 oz of food as well as the small jar of olives.
