Mario and his team did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor! The demo and installation took 3.5 days and we couldn't be happier with the results! Employees were clean and courteous. Mario is easy to get ahold of and communicates project information very well! We will definitely use Perfect Edge in the future for home remodeling needs!

I contacted Perfect Edge on/about April 6 to give me an estimate on installing a shed in my yard. They said they would call me back by 9:00 the next morning to schedule a visit. At 9:30, I called them back and they said they would be over between 3:00 & 4:00 that afternoon. They never showed up or contacted me to reschedule. I have been in the construction business all my life and have never ignored a new client this way........I hired someone else and they have lost any future business from me.

Our water heater went out this past winter. Mariusz responded almost instantly we worked out a plan where I could buy the water heater from Menards(where I had some store credit/gift cards) and his crew picked it up and installed in next day. They hauled away the old water heater and broke down the cardboard and placed it in the recycling receptacle. Left the utility portion of the basement cleaner then it was before.

Let me just say that Mario's company is amazing. Very good workmanship, very trustworthy and very fair pricing. A man of his word. I've never met a contractor that is more honest than him. Believe me, I recently took on a project in Los Angeles and wish I had him out here lol. Any negative review needs to understand 1) He runs a business/service, no one can operate for free and 2) He does stand by his work. Mario was referred to me by PermaSeal, who waterproofed my family home's 1100 sq ft basement in April-May 2019, by digging a new water channel, putting clear space walls, sump, etc. full state of the art upgrade from 1970 lol. It became time to remodel so I emailed Mario the situation, plan, etc. He then emailed me an initial bid with itemizations, which looked very good for just over $35K (can't remember exact figure). I then mailed him the first payment requested as he set a work date last May. I always sent Mario email correspondence since he may be busy throughout the day, but it was always returned by nighttime or the next day. We made life easier on one another lol. It took a full 7 weeks for a full basement remodel but WOW, the basement now looks better than the main floor lol. If there is any particular design in mind, Mario's guys can do it. They are awesome, workmanship-wise and personally, as I got to know them from working with them daily. They created framing for an LED fireplace/TV wall, created pocket doors to save space, an outstanding custom 3x6ft shower, while reconfiguring the bathroom, bedroom, living room/bar area, etc. We worked together on what designs would be the most feasible. If you are a cooperative client, these guys are amazing. I've never worked more smoothly with any contractor before in my life. The difference I've learned is that many companies will nickel and dime but Mario would always remind me it's whatever I want as the customer (within reason/standard/budget of course lol). If it was an extra project/service, we added it. But standard construction and finishing work was inclusive and outstanding. I will end this review here, but there is more positivity I could share. Go with Mario/The Perfect Edge. Compare them to the dealings of another company and it's night and day.

I cannot say enough good things about Mariusz. We were about to move and couldn't close until we fixed a crack in the foundation. It was behind a finished area of the basement. PermaSeal did the foundation work but Mariusz worked before and after them to get to the crack. Outside, he had to take the deck off and did it in a way that it could be reassembled perfectly. He took out a powder room without breaking anything. After the leak was sealed and waterproofed, he came right back, reassembled the deck, reinstalled the bathroom, redid the walls including painting, and matched and replaced some carpeting. His estimate was firm and fair -- no add-ons despite not knowing what he would find. He told us what it would be and said it might go down if there was no mold and he could skip that step. He rearranged his whole work schedule to accommodate PermaSeal and came back the day after they were done. He did it because he is that kind of guy even though he knew we were moving out of state and wouldn't be repeat customers. The work was done perfectly. I would use his services again in a heartbeat if I could. And, he always answers his phone messages.
