These guys work like a well coordinated symphony orchestra - they work fast, efficiently and always get the job done when they say they will. Whether it's simple things like oil changes or more complex things like replacing spark plugs, these guys will always get the job done right, as quickly as possible, and within a reasonable cost.

Wanted to try out this shop because it is around the corner from me and I’ve never been. A week prior to my appointment I called and explained I needed transmission work done and the gentleman said they were able to do the work and we scheduled an appointment for one week later.
The day of the appointment was a Wednesday and I dropped the car off in the morning. After I handed over the key the guy asked how soon do I need the car back? Inferring that he will not have the car done right away. Frustrated, I responded “what’s the point of making an appointment a week out if you have no room on the schedule for me?” He gave me the excuse “well you see, (pointing into the shop) that white ford is in here for a two day job (and continued to tell me how long every other car in the shop will take).. we are working on a lot of big projects right now”. Finally at the end of the conversation he informed me the car will be done by the end of the week (2-3 days), latest early next week.
Today was one week since I dropped the car off and had zero communication from the shop. I called asking for an update on my car and they said they haven’t even pulled it into the shop yet. The guy on the phone gave me the excuse “we had a mechanic walk out on us this week and another mechanic is off on medical leave for two- three weeks” so after a week of waiting they have done nothing with my car with zero communication on the status of my car. I informed them that I will be picking up the car and no long wanted them to work on it. As I am sitting in my car after picking it up with no work done to it, the original front desk guy walks up to my car and give me the most pathetic apology followed with a “I failed you”, thanks man tell me something I don’t know.
Thankfully this a project car of mine and am now in a position where I can afford to pay others to work on my car. In the past I’ve removed transmissions from cars laying on my back covered in transmission fluid in driveways and apartment parking lots all through high school and college.
I know what it takes to do the work my trucks needs which is why I have no problem at all paying good money for the work to get done. I have a major problem with the customer service this shop has and the seemingly endless amount of excuses they have blaming others. If they were to communicate throughout the process and from the beginning they were having problems and gave a truly realistic timeline for my car I would have no problem with that and most likely would have simply chosen another shop. My problem is the custom service and the awful communication they have. Don’t waste two weeks of my life, just tell in the beginning you don’t need my business

Had over $4000 dollars worth of work performed at this shop. They did a good job so I referred my son. They asked us to drop off the truck on a Wednesday my son waited a week and called. They said they had not worked on the truck! Good thing my son called!! This is terrible customer service. The least they could have done was called. My son picked up his vehicle and will have it repaired somewhere else. Very disappointed!

Craig and his team have earned my trust time and time again. They’ve consistently shown that they genuinely care—going out of their way to make sure both my vehicles and I are well taken care of. Their pricing is always fair, and while they’re quick to alert me to any urgent issues, they never pressure me or try to upsell unnecessary services. Their communication is excellent, so I always know what to expect. I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

After getting some work done on my AC, at first I wasn't completely satisfied with the result. I called to ask about getting the job touched up. The first guy I talked to on the phone wasn't very helpful but after some persuasion, Craig, the owner, got involved and offered to make it right, which he did first thing the next day. He fixed the job satisfactorily at no extra cost and introduced himself personally. I appreciate Craig's integrity in reaching for customer satisfaction - that's pretty rare these days.
