I can't express enough of how grateful I am with the teller yesterday. I brought my disabled sister in for a transaction, and she went beyond to accommodate her.

Duplicate transactions, overdraft fees, deposited checks not showing up, imaginary fees! No problem PNC is always willing to take your money but never help out when it consistently mistakenly or unmistakenly takes it. NEVER USE PNC. If you want to withdrawal or deposit money on consistent basis.

Banks always get more negative reviews than positives, so I thought I'd share my A+ customer service experience here. Lisa Marzullo (Branch Manager) was a pleasure to work with when setting up my checking account and credit cards. We've been dealing with a lot of banks lately and she provided the best customer service out of any of them. She made us feel comfortable being a local banker near the house and being able to meet in person. I feel a lot of banks have become so automated that they hardly understand how to communicate these days. PNC has kept it simple and effective in helping us attain our banking goals. I'm looking forward to working with them and continuing our banking needs. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Totally unprofessional service. Doesn't care about customers. I opened a promotional account with Lisa Marzullo, never received my promo money because she opened it as a basic account. However, I asked multiple times if it was promo account and she was saying yes, there is no code needed and you will receive your money. 8 months later I never received this promo money. And now I called customer service and they told me it was opened as a basic account. I was told as a new customer that I would receive a call from her, to check on their new customers, which never happened. Looks like they don't care about their new customers. Hope I can get this promo money now, but I don't want to do business with PNC any more.

I used to bank at this location but Ieft PNC few years ago for many reasons... My wife still uses this bank and went in yesterday to refinance her car which is Only in her name. Mr. ALBERT ran my credit information by mistake! How the heck do you make such a Huge mistake like that? Don't you know the person's name thats right in front of you? She provided all her information but somehow Mr. ALBERT ran my credit report without my authorization and permission... ?♂️

I made an appointment for account bonus since my online application had not been completed and asked me to visit. We were surprised when Albert demanded to provide coupon code. Albert said he can not help us find any coupon codes. We left this branch because that we felt we were unwelcomed customers. I do not know any reasons why Albert was so arrogant. We went to a FifthThird bank on Higgins. Jay was very helpful and treated us as customers. We are very happy with FifthThird Bank.

Definitely the coolest looking building in the area. This is a PNC trend. This is also why their checking accounts arbitrarily cost more than other banks who have nicer buildings because they already pilfered previous generations' check g accounts.It's safer to keep your money in a Folgers coffee can...their ATM doesn't work half the time and the staff doesn't even want to be there...

ATM is not working so i had to go inside for 120$ withdrawal and the lady on teller gave me a check to fill it up instead of courtesy that she fill it up for me. Since their machine is broken. I just left cause I don't need this headache.

Nice bank Mgr Lisa and customer rep is so nice and helpful. always free coffee. But not enough tellers. you have to wait in line to get a money order while they help someone balance their check book at the teller counter. They hide the deposit and withdraw slips. so you have to ask and wait for one. I blame the bank owners for setting up a bad customer service plan The employees are stuck following.
