PRP Wine International

Hours: PRP Wine International offers a variety of wines through in-home tastings and visits to their warehouse. Customers appreciate the opportunity to sample many different wines, finding it fun and enjoyable to mini taste so many varieties. Many reviewers rate their experience around 3.5 to 4 out of 5, noting that the wines taste good and do not cause negative effects. However, some concerns are mentioned about the sales process. During the initial tasting, there was a feeling of pressure to purchase a full case of 12 bottles, which made some customers uncomfortable, though they ultimately bought the case. Additionally, there are mixed experiences with the representatives. One customer mentions that the rep, who initially facilitated the tasting, did not follow up or inform about upcoming events or new stock, leading the customer to buy directly from the warehouse instead. They also consider trying a different rep to stay better informed and to receive credit for their purchases. Overall, PRP Wine International provides enjoyable wine tastings and a good selection of wines, with some room for improvement in customer follow-up and communication about events.
