I've purchased my last six kitchens from this company over the past 10 years and every single experience has been excellent. They quality is outstanding, the prices are unbeatable and I've never had a single problem with the cabinets.
A big part of why the process is always smooth is thanks to Diana. She is incredibly knowledgeable, quick, and makes everything so much easier. She always know exactly what I need and helps ,e get it done without stress. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful, reliable cabinets at great prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Do not waste your money here. The cabinets are great in terms of price but it ends there. After about 5 or 6 months we started having issues particularly with the drawer cabinets. They were constantly looking lopsided and sideways. We called the company and the young man that answered the phone had absolutely no idea. We went into the store to talk to them in person to figure out how to resolve this. They gave us some parts that were completely useless. My husband figured out a way to fix it temporarily but the issue kept coming back. Then about 2 years after we purchased the cabinets, the paint started chipping. When I called in to see if they had any way to patch the paint on the cabinets, the lady just kept telling me that that never happens to their cabinets. Not only are the cabinets cheap and terrible, from long-term use I am telling you if you pay a little extra you can get cabinets that are way better quality and fewer issues. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered doors over 2 months ago I’ve been calling to check on when the doors would be delivered and no one in there has a clue as to if and when the doors would be delivered! The girl who helped me hasn’t called me not one time to say anything about when they would be delivered. The Manager there was rude and short with me over the phone! These people have no ideal about customer service! I would never come to this place ever again!

Diana and Angie were very easy to work with and super prompt with follow up as we were installing cabinets if we needed some extra trim pieces or reported a damaged piece. Cabinets are very high quality and look great. Quartz countertops are stunning and installers were professional. Would buy from RC again.

I am long time customer of Rock Counter, Elk Grove Village location. This place used to be better in customer service and price. I recently bought kitchen cabinet and firs of all price was shady as moment I said this price is not realistic they decrease by few $$ and then sells guy did not even pay attention to design and delivered wrong cabinet. I have been keep calling and emailing them and no accountability nor they cares. All and all stay away from this place. price is higher than Menards and worst customer service.
