I have been going here for years. John and Julia are the most kind people you will come across. I miss Julia very much. I moved to Texas but I still miss them very much. Julia fixed all my clothes for me. She did a amazing job. Xx

I've been going here for about 6 months with no problems. The people are nice enough. The price is fair. And, the turn-around time is fine.That is until I went in to pick up my cleaning an noticed I was short 4 shirts. I didn't have my ticket, so I couldn't confirm. The attendant didn't offer to check the computer. She simply said "no, that's all".I took my items to my car, grabbed my ticket and returned. Only to be told that I had counted and taken the clothes so I couldn't say I was short.I pointed out I immediately said there were shirts missing. Then returned to my car to bring my cleaning back into the store.She continued to argue with me that: I'd counted, I had the correct number, I'd taken my items out... round & round... Ultimately she ran out of excuses for my missing clothes.She then called someone. She told me there was nothing she could do at that time. She took my number and said she'd call me.I'll happily update this post should they find, or replace my clothes. However, the fact that at no point did she assist in solving the problem she just tried to evade and blame me is troubling.

My experience at this cleaners has been very positive. I have been a customer for about ten years. I have had clothes and coats cleaned with excellent results. I have also had slacks altered a number of times and they did a great job. My husband has his suits cleaned here and each time they are clean and neatly pressed. Additionally, whatever services we have used, the items are always ready as promised.

I have been a customer of Signature for 8 years. My clothes are always nicely cleaned and covered in plastic to keep them that way. Signature has never lost an item even when I give them over 30 articles of clothing. They also do a nice job with alterations. Above all the owner John gives service with a smile. I have never had a bad experience here.
