I dont know how to make this company stop. I purchased some industrial buildings and they refused to get back to me to transfer service over as the new owner. Finally after they did, we said we were going to cancel and get a better company - we gave them proper notice which they confirmed, then reminded them, but still they call and email every single week.

This company took over for Blue Lions for my dental office. I was concerned about an ex employee trespassing last week so I called them to change our password. The next day this said employee trespassed and ran out of my office with the alarm going and my doors unlocked. I was never notified and unfortunately not the police. After I calmed down for a few days my office manager contacted the company. Nancy initially apologized stating it was a mistake in their part and that my account was never activated even though I had been paying for the past year. They were going to take 24 hours to discuss with “customer care” to resolve what they could offer me. Today, I was notified that I would get 1 year of feee service because it was “easier” for them. I never received a call from the manager or a higher up to discuss this debacle. I am furious at their lack of customer service. I did speak to Nancy myself today and honestly felt like I was being discarded and given attitude. My business thrives on customer service and the quality of care from this company is disgusting to me. I highly do not recommend them. Zero stars if I could.

Update: I am revising my review based on the fact that once I posted this negative review, I did receive a call and a resolution to the matter. It is disappointing that it took this negativity to resolve, however it did prompt action. I can report that outstanding issues with this supplier have been addressed and resolved.I do not normally post reviews, but I have to say this is absolutely the worst customer service of any company I've done business with over 40 years. Repeated calls, emails, trying to get a balance due to pay out the remainder of a multiyear contract which is not used in any way, yet I have faithfully paid the bill quarter after quarter. The one time I got someone to answer the phone I was promised they would get back to me with an answer. Nope, no call back, no answer, nothing. I cannot recommend this business, they are most unprofessional.

NO one shows up when the monitor trouble sound is going off, multiple times this has happened and other reviews show that this issue is typical for them.I work at a business that unfortunately must use their services due to an agreement with the building management. I changed to 2 stars for the follow up.

5 Days to service Fire alarm trouble / on life saving device is a bit ridiculesHad to cancel this service call and found competition that came in same day. Save your self some time a call professionals.

We used SMG for monitoring services for our home for 35 years (!) and were consistently well served and attended to. Calls were always picked up promptly, and the service attendants never failed to immediately call to check in on us if the alarm was ever triggered (99% of the time were false alarms we generated...oops...). Service technicians were very competent as well. Highly recommend.
