I recently had a disappointing experience with this stone fabricator. The faucet holes were drilled in the wrong location, causing a major inconvenience. Despite my attempts to reach out via email, there has been no response, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of customer service. Overall, a regrettable and unprofessional experience.

Ultimate Stone is the ONLY place to go for stone counter tops!My remodeling company has been using Ultimate Stone for years and they continue to do an amazing job for us. Damian, their owner, does a great job to make sure every job is done right & on time. There is none better out there.

My wife & I recently redid our kitchen counter with Quartz through Ultimate Stone. Ivonka in sales was awesome. We knew what we wanted when we arrived and she was able to supply it quickly. The installers were excellent and knew exactly what to do. Total installation time was just about 3 hours which included removal of our old counter. When they were done the follow up cleaning necessary to put our kitchen back to normal was minimal at most. I highly recommend this company and will use them going forward when we redo our bathrooms. Ultimate Stone just did some quartz countertops for us. Perfect. Came out and measured for perfect fit. Sinks were included. So much inventory to pick from in Elk Grove. You got to see this place to belive it! Perfect Thank you

this company was supposed to provide sinks and mount them with my vanity tops. no email back from the Company (renata) after I acknowledged I waiting too long to use their service after initially buying the tops AND I offered offered pay for their guy to come measure and finish the project I got no response from Renata. almost as if she tried to avoid me completely. horrible customer service. would not use this company again and will not recommend to anyone.

When I told a good friend we were about to order our countertops he INSISTED that we first speak with Damian at Ultimate Stone - so we did. He was right and they just finished our kitchen countertops. They look better than awesome! They did everything right - from showing up on time to measure (using lasers) to keeping us posted on our job - to installing on time and leaving our house spotless. Probably like you, we couldn't make up our minds on the granite. Damian showed us something different and my wife and I both said "no". Well, guess what is in our kitchen today - yep, exactly what he said would work best based on our floor, cabinets and colors. Thank you, Damian and Team! And thank you George P. (my buddy that recommended Damian and Ultimate Stone)! BIG 5 RANKING all the way!

The only stone fabricator to work with! As an interior designer, I have worked with others who pale in comparison and have only worked them for every single project of mine for the last decade +! The best product selection and attention to detail in fabrication, the most courteous staff and owner, and amazing at being presented with the most challenging projects. Especially with difficult time deadlines. I love working with Ultimate Stone! The only one I recommend.

Ultimate Stone did an amazing job for us with all of our granite projects. Office and customer service staff were very responsive. Installers were efficient and professional. We did our research as well, visited their facility and saw their state of the art machinery, compared to competitors, and they were far and away the best. Glad we chose Ultimate!
