2nd time depositing cash in atm and it kept it without crediting my account. First one took almost 2 weeks to credit after calling it in. Branch person can't help and says I have to call 800 #. This 2nd time still waiting for credit

This location has such poor customer service it's actually laughable. They don't try to improve. They don't fix issues. Since covid and quarantine, the service has gone farther downhill. The younger short male that works there is on his cell phone EVERY time I pull up to the drive through. He is slower than a sloth and takes no pride in his work. This is not a career to him, it's just a paycheck. One star is 2 stars too many for the quality(and I use that word loosely) work that they perform. Do yourself a favor. Go to any other bank. U.S. Bank is a last resort.

I really enjoy this location l. Very nice staff Eddie the teller and Rafael the manager were very nice people to visit always so kind. The drive up is open early and late 8-6 which is nice.

I opened my account with the Manager Rafael. He was super nice and the staff was very welcoming. I am excited to be joining Us Bank. It has exceeded my expectations so far.

Great staff and always very nice. I enjoy visiting here. I can tell they care about their customers. I also like that the drive up is open an extra hour before and after the lobby closes.
