“Today was Bear's first visit at Oakton Animal Hospital. It's official!!! This is now his official vet. Previously went to big chain vets and I was really not satisfied but had very few choices. We moved to EGV and Bear will go to them will all his needs. Everyone was nice and caring. They did not seemed annoyed that we were there, they looked like the staff wanted to be there. They answered all my questions and concerns with the utmost care for Bear. They were truthful on what Bear needed and gave me a proper itemized procedures that needed to be done for surgery. “I visited Elk Grove Veterinary Clinic when I was dog-sitting and the dog’s toenail was caught on something and pulled off. Dr. Flaherty and staff were so helpful in easing my and pups nerves, and getting pup all fixed up.
Dr. Flaherty also took the time to explain the procedures and after care very well making sure to tell me to call with any questions as well.
The price was also reasonable.
