Definitely the best place to go if you're looking for 220 volt electronics of any kind. At least twice as big as other places that sell electronics. The staff is friendly and happy to help. Great location and great service. I would definitely recommend it.

You can find the most affordable and diverse selection of cell phones at Worldwide Voltage. When I have a question about a phone, customer service is helpful and considerate. This company has impressed me because they put their customers' needs before all else. A+ service to the customer.

Why is this company still in business? I purchased a Mini-split AC unit from their website in July 2021. They did a bate and switch, claiming that the one I had purchased was out of stock, but offered me another comparable model for $188 more. I stupidly paid the difference and they shipped the unit to a 3rd party shipper as I requested to forward to me in the Caribbean. To make a long story short when the unit arrived it was a less expensive US model, NOT the 220 V UK model I had purchased. The only solution they offered was a refund or exchange if I shipped the unit back which would have obviously been too expensive. I'm now stuck with a AC unit which doesn't work in the region I live.

No email confirmation of order when order placed. No order status updates either. This was 8 days after the order was placed that I called. The store was very rude as I didn't have an order number. When I asked them to be not so rude about it, they said that I should have had my order number ready and asked for the shipping zip code. I had to look that up and that took another 10 seconds as the order was a gift. They got almost derogatory and very short and said how could I not know my own zip code. I explained that it wasn't mine and that's why it took me longer to look it up. However, I also told them their behavior was extremely rude and I wouldn't want to do business with them anymore. Their response was that they wouldn't want customers like me and hung up. Wouldn't recommend shopping here!

Purchased a 220v charger for Milwaukee cordless tools. Got it to East Africa only to discover that it's a 120volt unit and they just put a 220 volt cord on it. I contacted and received no resolution and finally no responses. This place is a total scam.

They tried to cheat me. I ordered an Rowenta Iron they said was in stock. They did not have it. Instead of cancelling my order and refunding my money they bought a used iron on E-Bay from a Thrift store in Washington and had it shipped to me. The Thrift store refund Sam $84.60 they paid for the iron, and said no need to return. Sam will not issue me a credit for $135.18 for the iron unless I return it to them. They are stealing the iron from a Thrift store that uses the money to support children programs. They are thieves and if they will cheat a charity what will they do to you.

I purchased a industrial 220 meat grinder and took it overseas to my home. Upon arriving overseas when I used it the grinder plates locked up and broke into pieces. I ré-ordered new plates, had them shipped to me overseas and the exact same thing happened again. I return to the US with the machine to return it. The company just told me that there was no longer a warranty and they would not give me my money back nor replace the machine. I now have a $700 meat grinder that does not work and they are of no help. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

Look in their ad before going always have good deals. They also sometimes have in-store deals. When you walk through the front door go to the right and they have a pegboard there with some of their deals and ads.
